A complete service organization: CaptureCare

The installed systems are critical and should therefore remain permanently operational. CaptureTech offers modular service packages where you can choose what level of service you need. A flexibility that fits in this age of rapid technological and economic change.



CaptureTech's service organization is composed of various disciplines:

  1. Project Managers. Project Managers, along with the Account Manager, are responsible for the entire project. The Project Manager establish a project team consisting of Field Service Engineers and network specialists. The Project Manager is the main contact person for all parties concerned, including Forklift supplier, WMS supplier or other partner.
  2. Field Service Engineers. The Field Service Engineers of CaptureTech are led by the Project Managers and ensure implementation, operational delivery and maintenance of the systems. Also, they execute RF measurement studies (Facility Analysis).
  3. Helpdesk. helpdeskCaptureTech has a sophisticated helpdesk for its customers by telephone and on the Internet. Questions of operational customers will always be handled by the helpdesk first. Usually, these questions can be answered by phone or e-mail, especially when it concerns configuring equipment. If necessary, the helpdesk employee can also access your (RF) network and perform remote diagnostics. Should an on site intervention be necessary, then the helpdesk will hand the call over to the team of  Field Service Engineers.
  4. Capture Tech Support Center (CSC). The CaptureTech Support Center functions as second line support organization. The CSC is not directly accessed by end users but by local Field Service Engineers and Project Managers. In this way, fast and adequate response by Automaticrepair Identification specialists is guaranteed. The CSC is located in New Vennep.
  5. Capture Repair Center (CRC). The CaptureTech Repair Center is equipped with the most advanced diagnostic techniques and repair capabilities, staffed by highly experienced personnel. It has a large stock of spare parts, which enables us to guarantee fast  turnaround times for your repairs. The repairs can be booked in, tracked and traced by using the advanced RMA (Return Material Authorization) process on the Internet. Thus, you are always aware of the status of your repair.
